Retired Director Emeritus Dale Redpath's search for a techinical language that would allow the paintings of her world and envisioned ideas brought her to study with Richard Lack at Atelier Lack in Minneapolis.

Her studies in these artistic methods continued at museums across the U.S. and in Europe. Redpath's work has appeared in shows throughout the U.S. and is represented in private collections in North America and Europe. 

In addition to painting, Dale taught at Atelier Lack from 1983 to 1992 and served as a co-director and full-time instructor at The Atelier from 1992 to 2017. She is currently retired as Director Emeritus and resides in St. Paul.
